While livestock make up nearly one fifth of all CO2 greenhouse gases, it seems that the media barely ever, if at all, covers the role that livestock play in climate change. This is an interesting article that critiques how the media is playing a huge role in an uninformed public on this issue. With Copenhagen getting closer and closer, it's an interesting read. Makes you wonder what life would be like with lower consumptions of meat!
