At first glance this note pad from Japan appears to be a simple block of wood. Upon further inspection, it gives itself away as not only a clever design, but also a reminder of where all this paper we take for granted comes from. Perhaps with one of these on our desk we’ll all be a little wiser and more conservative in our use of sticky notes.
