Australia Votes Down Pollution Bill

    • I don't think this is a setback. I think that cap and trade systems are failed economic policies. Polluters should not get a way out, they should be taxed or fined, PERIOD.

      Does "conservative" mean the same thing "down-under" as it does in the US?
