    • I didn't know this stuff took place. But I have to admit I find it more ludicrous than cruel. Though it is cruel. I always let bugs out of the house when I can. ..except fruit flies. I despise them.

      I believe it comes down to a general respect for all life. Using a living thing as an enslaved prop is horrible, no matter what it is. Plants included.
