    • Yes, in a place experiencing climate change firsthand, especially in regards to water. But again, will those actually experiencing it, the poor be heard? And what of the climate summit called for by Bolivia's president set for this April? Will that simply be ignored? I don't think it will help the cause of inclusion and cooperation to do that.
