You may have heard of a proposed "wind turbine city" that could potentially take up residence smack dab in the middle of Stavanger, Norway's oceanscape. This plan, devised by a team of four international design architects, may seem slightly outlandish but upon reviewing the attached pictures and getting a real sense of their vision, the idea definitely grows on you.
