Two federal agencies --the National Marine Fisheries Service and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service--are going to physically relocate of as many as 70,000 sea turtle eggs from Gulf coast beaches to the Atlantic coast of the United States in an attempt to “save an entire generation from being wiped out by the oil leak.”

According to the video, they are shortening the rescue period due to non-cooperation of BP. They won't be saving the entire generation of hatched sea turtles, but perhaps they can save a lot of eggs. And yes, Corexit builds up in the food chain.
