    • We CAN do this way more economically than trying to remove the debris at sea, if we have the resolve. Locate "plastic sinks" ---- hire local people --- start collecting --- very simple minded explaination but an effective strategy. The people where we are surveying work for $1.50 an hour, and many are looking for work. The debris comes right to you in these sinks -- daily. This would at least help the most important areas of foraging revitalize, the reefs that work like debris seives.
