Instead of working in his office on the 103rd Floor of the World Trade Center, he spent the morning of September 11th at his girlfriends apartment, with his cell phone turned off. When his wife called frantically looking for him, he came up with the brilliant excuse that he was sitting in his office!
Its no surprise she later divorced him, seeing as how there is no way he could get around that one.
