Michelle Riojas, 36-year-old woman from Buda, Texas, has been accused of engaging in sex with a 15-year-old teen, the boyfriend of her daughter.
Riojas, formerly of Kyle, faces the second-degree felonies after allegations of a sexual relationship surfaced. On Feb. 16, police were called out to the 200 block of Maplewood South for a public assist call. When the officer arrived, Riojas’ husband Ernest Perales informed police that his wife had been sleeping with the 15-year-old boy. Perales handed over several email messages he had found between the boy and Riojas, who responded that the emails were just to “some guy.”
The boy first denied any sexual contact with Riojas, but later he disclosed a sexual relationship with Riojas. He stated that the relationship began in January and ended the next month, the affidavit says. According to the victims mother, her son first lied about the relationship because Riojas warned him that she would take her own life.
