An independent panel was formed to investigate NASA after the crazy astronaut lady tried to kidnap another astronaut in the NASA love triangle. Amongst their findings: NASA allowed astronauts to fly drunk twice. They didn't say who or what missions on what ships, but apparently the astronauts were drunk enough that mission physicians were worreid they could jeopardize the safety of the mission. This makes the DUIs of all the Hollywood starlets seem tame!
