It had to happen sooner or later. Pandas are tired of people ogling them, and attempting to violate their personal space. When will people learn that the most dangerous animal is often the most adorable?

Aw, I think the panda was having a bad day, someone should try and give it a hug again !

Thats what you get for makeing big bares with sharp claws and teeth, appear cute and cuddley on television.

The dude broke in for a hug...cute, but creepy too. The panda had every right to bite, breaking and entering man. Forget the shotgun, I'm biting the next second story man coming onto my house.

I know pandas look cute in the photos, but when you actually see them they look like they could rip your arms off.

I've not been to China, but China's way of advertising the Panda as a national treasure that is so cute and cuddly and that everyone wants to see and pet puts stupid people in close proximity to wild Pandas. People forget it is a wild animal with teeth and claws. People who are never exposed to nature except in advertising and Disney movies would not understand what a bear can do.

I want to know why it is so easy for people to get inside the bear's enclosure. People should know better, but people are not taught better. But a college student? Bet his major was not Biology.

They have barriers so people cannot get too close to the cages. Then some stupid person crosses just to get a picture next to the Panda bear, and everyone knows if it is cute it cannot be mean. Only to have the Panda reach through the bars for a snack. Amazingly stupid.

Does anyone remember the sneezing panda? This never would have happened if that damn sneezing panda hadn't of softened perceptions on this very fierce, very strong creature.

I so hope the bear does not pay for the foolishness of a monkey. Why does our race have such little respect for other life even when we claim to be intelligent and claim to understand how important other life is for our own survival.

The kid should have fuckin' better known better than to mess with the panda. I mean that's a fuckin' panda man. It's the familiar way of putting your hands on the panda... you know it, the kid knows it, the fuckin' panda knew it too.

Perhaps a "do not hug or cuddle the panda" warning sign for his animal is in order.
