ASPCA kills dog after nursing back to health and no-kill shelter offered to take her

I have some sad news. Oreo, a one year old pit bull, was thrown from a sixth floor balcony. She broke two of her legs and fractured a rib. Her owner was arrested and she was place in the care of the ASPCA. Now she is dead.
