According to an Italian urologist, wearing high heels may strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and in doing so boost your sexual performance and satisfaction. Unrelated to the study, but another possible factor: heels also look sexy, which might make you feel more confident and therefore appear more attractive to a potential mate... which might make you score a date that leads to a romp in the sack... which also may be an improvement in your sex life.

I understand a woman can do 2 minutes of Kegel exercises and get the same pelvic muscle benefits. Then, they can put the high heels on to look attractive for their mate and not risk all the related injuries that come with constantly wearing them. It doesn't hurt that the heels also make you look 5-10 lbs lighter with the added height.
