This is called the Panecillo. It is a little hill overlooking the city of Quito, Ecuador. It is a statue that many have mistakenly, throughout the internet, identified this woman as the Virgin Mary, or some kind of Madonna. She is none other that the woman from Revelations 12. There is a bronze placard on the statue that states just that.
