    • God does give "gifts", to all people. It is up to us to find and use these gifts.
      If you can ever look inside and find out what you are truly gifted for, life is sweet.

      I need to do like the article says and start drawing, playing my cello and writing much more often. (all gifts from God, none are of my own doing.)

    • I'm not gonna touch the "God and your creativity" topic, but I just don't think reading about drawing is going to make me draw any better. How do you plan for talent, anyway? (I'm not being snarky, that was actually a question.)

      The "scriptures speaking directly to artists" thing sounds interesting, though.

      Good to hear from you again.

      Can you clarify your question a little bit? (The one a bout planning for talent).

      As far as reading about drawing- the reading that I do about drawing is mostly reading about why I was given the ability to draw and how having this ability is a part of my identity. That knowledge alone inspires me to action (getting off my butt and doing what I was born to do- DRAW!)
