That is right, there is no "buts" in Love. Or you Love or you don't. What I see here it is the misuse of the word "Love." Therefore, Just go ahead and stack it on that list of misuse words.

There are a couple of them that I feel like I could relate to because they were substantial enough to be a problem. Most of them were very petty, superficial, or from a lack of constructive criticism/communication with each other.

You realise you don't love someone completely because there is one little thing that keeps bothering you... And that one little thing is... you wear sunglasses indoors, or talk to strangers? Is this not a problem you could, I don't know, discuss? "babe you look kinda silly with those glasses on," not devastating. If you feel this way you should let the other person know so they can properly gauge how unstable you are.
