This is excellent! Standardization/measurement is hopelessly missing from most apparel, and this is a wonderful step in the right direction.
I can't say I'm pleased they call it "colour of the year," what right do they have? They claim to promote "colorful expression of creativity," but this seems like intentional trendsetting and is somewhat restrictive.
