i think that art / the ability and time to be artistic needs to be available to the "poor." art classes are being cut - art should be an equal opportunity outlet. ;)
everyone of a higher economic advantage is an "artist" supposedly. lol i think we are all creative but i get wary of the title artist because now with disposable income comes a bunch of male "musicians" and female "artists." ;)
