Bouncing Boy's costume isn't actively ugly, it's just bland.
I have seen a Cosmic Boy costume that's mostly skin, and that's kinda creepy, but it's not being used anymore.

there was once a "Shatterstar",.....but the images I can round up just NOT the 70s original,....still hunting.....
