Captain America has been dead for two years, but this month, Marvel Comics is bringing him back in a storyline called “Captain America Reborn." But that’s perhaps the best part about Captain America: He’s been reborn, and reborn again, as the times dictate ever since his creation back in 1941.

The good news is for him to be up and around again.
But the bad news is that they already gave away his shield to Stephen Colbert so good luck getting that back since they'll have to pry it from Stephen's cold dead fingers.
Hopefully they still know how to make another one and have a supply of Vibranium from Wakanda since that is the only way they are going to reunite Cap and his shield.
