Using Vaseline as a Base For Mineral Eyeshadows and Pigments

Several of you have asked me to explain why I use vaseline as a base when applying mineral eyeshadows and to give you a demonstration. Vaseline makes a wonderful base for loose eyeshadow that helps prevent fallout and makes your colors really pop!
