Not exactly sure what a 'cinemagraph' is? Cinemagraphs are more than just a photo, but not quite a video. A cinemagraph is a simple .gif file with more of an artistic feel than that of a regular .gif you see out there on the internets. Cinemagraphs are beautiful works of digital art.
