Founded in 2010, the Toronto Concert Orchestra has an ongoing mandate to take great orchestral music to cities thoughout the province. The current tour includes Milton, Welland, Barrie, Orillia, Markham and will finish with a grand concert on November 13 at 3:00 pm in the George Weston Recital Hall, Toronto Centre for the Arts (5040 Yonge Street).
