    • I just have to ask this again after dealing with some nappy head $h!t talking punks messing with a little girl about how she was dressed. We all can't afford new clothes or shoes and our hair might not be done to fit the lastest style but it's not a reason to belittle anyone private or public. PARENTS you have got to step up and teach this kids that it is not okay to treat people like something you've stepped in. Don't you know how they act in the streets express how they act in your home?
