That's right. A member of the royal family has been targeted in an alleged blackmailing plot. Two have been arrested and Scotland Yard is investigating. Buckingham Palace refuses to disclose the royal's name. Who could it be???

...It's just now hitting Perez Hilton, which is how I found out (frowny face), but this Radar post (less crass, more 'informative') is dated from yesterday.
The subject of the scandal is none other than the Queen's nephew, David Linley.
This isn't his first time in the limelight, either. In 1990, Viscount Linley sued the pants off of a British tabloid, and won.
