    In 1886 a case known as "Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad" defined corporations as "people" under U.S. law, granting any corporation doing business in our nation the same rights held precious under our Constitution by flesh and blood citizens of our country.

    The 2010 lawsuit known as "Citizens United" upheld political contributions as free speech allowing unchecked corporate political influence

    The purpose of this group is to combat this unfortunate state of affairs.
