    • Being in or out of Schools and having an education has never been bad for anyone I know. It does not thus guarantee you the job but the probability is high in your favor to get the job.

The only problem that I see in the academic world, together with the corporations resume requirements is that it creates this type of "employment social segregation syndrome" not giving opportunity to those that know how to develop and do the job but do not have the MBA's., Ph.D's., and so forth in the walls to compete. As a consequence, now you know some of the points where recession hits the most.

That is why I became a digital developer and job creator after I finished my education. My personal philosophical challenge with some educators and academic corporations is to accept their ability to present answers on statistical forms but we all can see that he/she is not really translating that reality in humane ways. I know a lots of individuals that get practically hypnotized by statistics and probabilities accepting that as a supreme truth and still making terrible mistakes to translate that in humane ways. You can try to fool reality with your statistics and probabilities, however don't forget the reality speaks for itself!

I can speak for myself when I say that some of the MBA's and Ph.D's., of Public Transportation here in San Francisco failed miserly and still failing on acoustics from 2001 to this day.

So here are the topics for us to talk about today.
      - Is education and the academic world responsible for the creation of this form of employment segregation thus creating and driving the job market in a type of recession?
      - Should a person have the opportunity to present their skills and to develop a job or a project based on personal skills and experience thus being recognized by the institutions instead being harassed by academics diplomas?

As an Educator, I know from the Colleges and Universities you are going to take the social and economic lead just like all the others that came before you. However many of you are not contributing to create an economic and social balance in America and in the World today. On the contrary, what I see today is this type of psycho-mental appetite to create and develop economic and social chaos thus terrible harming human life in the process.

That it goes something to philosophies about?

    • I wonder how much this issue will play out during the presidential elections. There's always economic uncertainty and instability during an election year...

    • I'm curious if employers think the economy will have turned a corner by then or how they will be in a position to be increasing hiring after 63,000 jobs were cut last month.
