If Crocs co-founder George Boedecker, Jr. had the right to remain silent, he surely chose otherwise. The multimillionaire and noted philanthropist was questioned by the Boulder, Colo. police on Saturday after witness Sue Richardson reported “a male passed out in a Porsche. The car was running and the male was not waking up.”
