PLAYBOY ISN'T RECESSION PROOF.

America beware: Prepare for less sex from Playboy Magazine. The bunny branded publication is cutting back. Apparently the recession is taking a toll on America's labido which means less readership (from men and lesbian alike). In order to save on printing & distribution Playboy is doubling up issues and may even reduce how many issues they publish. So get used to getting off with the same pictures twice.

PLAYBOY ANNOUNCED A NET LOSS OF 13 POINT 7 MILLION DOLLARS DURING THE FIRST QUARTER OF THE YEAR. THAT IS MORE THAN THREE TIMES WHAT THEY LOST A YEAR AGO.

    • to each their own , but as an environmentally conscious person i avoid purchasing printed material when digital data can provide the same substance , plus , videos leave both hands free.

    • Well, the recession is hell on all those bimbos. Have you seen 'em lately? Jeez, they're all skinny as sticks- trying to compete with Sports Illustrated, I guess. That's why there is food stamps- so they can get enough to eat! There has been the occasional well endowed woman, like Patty Farinelli or Alana Soares, (20 years ago!) but few and far between. But then again, I read it for the articles!!

    • So what's going to get cut - the nudie pics or the articles that everyone supposedly reads?

      A while back I read that Hugh Hefner is also having to make cutbacks at the Playboy Mansion. Staff have been let go and the infamous grotto is seeing fewer visitors as parties have been scaled back.
