Well, that makes things interesting.
Everyone in the world is now well aware of the crazy feud harboring between Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj as they sit on the American Idol judges’ panel, but according to an insider, it’s something that’s been going on since 2010.
Mariah helped Nicki get some acclaim by including her in the remix and music video to her single, “Up Out My Face” from her Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel album. Mariah’s stunt double, a man named B. Smith was also there for filming and says that Nicki was making fun of Mimi behind the singer’s back, “making faces at her laced with rude comments under her breath.”
He says he told the diva what was going on, but she decided to brush it all off.
However, sources close to Nicki think he’s making it all up since he’s been so close to her in the past.
According to B. Smith, he’s spoken to Mimi following the incident that went viral and says that she just wants to bury things and put the contestants back in the forefront.
