"Be Happy And Have Joy!"

There was a special woman who was strong, had raised 2 sets of Children. Six of her own and 3 Grand Children. Just in the last month of her life, at age 99, her health started faling. She was wise and her mind was sharp and alert.

Shortly after the last Grand Child left home, she lost her jest for living. She was hospitalized for 2 weeks prior to her death. Kidney failure was her prognosis.
Her desire and strenght to speak had literally stopped. But two days before she died, she beckoned her daughter to her bedside, and spoke, "Shelby come here!" It was an urgency in her voice..."Whatever you do in life...be HAPPY and have JOY!" She made a clear distinction between the two.

(She closed it with a footnote..."And Drink Plenty of Milk and Ice Cold Water")

Whenever her daughter is down she reflects on her words, and when she's near the refrigerator she thinks twice, and Drinks-up!
