Priska, my mom passed away this morning and hospice was a blessing. We were able to take care of her at home. We were holding her hands when she died. We were able to walk her into heaven. We talked about all the wonderful people she would be seeing again and telling her we loved her.
It was a peaceful passing, with the help of hospice.
Thank you for your post!
God Bless,

We brought my mom home last night, with the help of hospice. They were here already today, checking on her and see how they can help me.
Hospice is a 'God Send'. The hospital can not fix her heart and would have sent her to a nursing home. Instead we get to have her company a little longer.
I can't see why people voted against this pod. Maybe they have not dealt with the death of someone that they dearly love. Any days I can spend with my mom is a blessing. She has been a great mother and I owe her no less. With the help of hospice I can be a great daughter.

What a wonderful video! Hospice helped me walk my dad into heaven. We used hospice home care assistance 10 years ago and it was a blessing to have their assistance. They enabled us to care for dad at home, where he chose to die. Dad did not want to die in a hospital, he wanted to die at home.
I just returned from the hospital visiting my mom. One of the hardest things in life is watching parents die. My mom has heart problems that aren't really fixable. They are trying to make her comfortable, but they can't repair a weakening heart. She has an artificial heart valve, a defibrillator ... Modern medicine can only do so much, then it's up to higher powers.
We haven't had to make the decisions about her leaving the hospital yet, but I feel comfort knowing hospice is there to help us. I'm hoping to use hospice in her home, but we aren't sure what the final outcome will be?
Thank you so much for your video. It reassured me, there is help if we need it. I want to walk my mom into heaven, just like my dad. Watching them leave this earth is hard, but holding their hand when they leave is a blessing. My dad died telling us all he loved us and will meet us in heaven. Hospice gave us peace of mind to relax and let nature take its course.
