Auto-Tuney

I have to admit, I love the Auto-Tuner. It's a tool that's traditionally been used to subtly correct the pitch of pop singers. Producers can take a pretty face and turn them into a star, even if they lack proper vocal chords. Producer / rapper / singer-songwriter T-Pain took Auto-Tune to new heights by emphasizing the technology very apparently.

In early February, the rapper was featured on comed-usicians, The Lonely Island's "I'm on a Boat"

Get on the boat motherf*cker.

This is perhaps the first example of the Auto-Tune being used to be funny.

A few weeks later the staff at Vimeo, used the technique to showcase a new employee.
