The future of dance
This morning I watched this week's BEST VIDEO EVER. I wanted to blog about it, so I scoured YouTube Mexico for other clips that might compliment it. I found videos that were good (Spiderman falling) but nothing could compare to this excellence.
So instead of contextualizing it for you, may I present "bailele compadre."
These 'jovenazos', young-old dudes, from Huandacareo are dancing to a Duranguense version of Un Rayo de Sol. One commenter suggests that they're onto some next level shit, by creating a new style: " durangotonik."
Durangotonik is probably a mash-up between tecktonik, French freestyle dancing and regional Mexican music.
This trend will sweep the planet very shortly. Someday this dancer will play off the Keyboard Cat.
