When will enough be enough. I don't want to sound like the liberal crazy I am, but HOW IS THIS NOT A CRIME?!?! (Pardon the interro-bang) Can someone who specializes in American Government tell me who is supposed to be watching the Executive branch? Is the Justice Department supposed to independently police the White House?

Also...the White House IT guy should have to explain himself.
