A teenager has been sentenced to an 18-month detention and training order after he was found with a weapons stash of a 31-round Russian-made Baikal IZH-79 semi-automatic pistol, two silencers and 31 rounds of ammo. The boy was only 13 at the time of his arrest and the Metropolitan Police have said he is the youngest child yet to be arrested for having a gun.
