Nashua woman accused in sex assault of teenage boy

Tyler Tufts, 27-year-old local woman from Nashua, New Hampshire, has been arrested for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy.
Tufts faces eight counts of felonious sexual assault and four counts of sexual assault. Local police started an investigation in January after they were contacted by the Division for Children, Youth and Families about the alleged assaults. It was reported that Tufts was possibly having inappropriate sexual contact with the boy. Upon further investigation, it was determined that these reports were factual.
If convicted of the felony charges, she could face up to seven years in prison per charge.
