The [Voyeuristic] Kindness of Strangers

The 1000 Journals Project is something akin to winning the lottery - IF you're into this sort of thing; basically the way that it works is that 1000 journals are circulated from here, there, everywhere - and all points in between. As you come into possession of one of them - that's the winning the lottery part, so perhaps I should say "IF you somehow miraculously come into possession of one of the journals" - but, yeah, IF you come across one of these bad boys you write your thoughts down in them and pass the journal along. It's a nice little mix of the gypsy life, voyeurism and introspection.

    • Well, they've made it into a documentary that premiered the other day at AFI... but there is a new project aptly named 1001 Journals where you can sign up for a journal, contribute to existing journals, and post your personal journal to keep this voyeuristic collaboration going. Cool!
