I AFRICA NEW YORK!

jamhuri
Welcome to "Little Africa" Harlem New York, This neighbourhood on the 116th block of the island of Manhattan houses a big African community with restaurants, stores, mosques and now one of the most unique boutiques in New York City Bebenoir.
Owner Ibrahima Doukoure shows us around the store, some of his designs as well as N.O.T.E who he also carries in the store. We get to also kick it with designer Kimathi from the African sports wear line Jamhuri Wear. This designers are striving to share the stories of Africa and Africans that they call "Afropolitans" in the diaspora thro the cult of cloth.
All in a days work!
