Bobby R. Lathan Jr., a Texas-based author who is a computer professional with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. In his spare time he writes poetry, spends time with friends and family. He has been writing poetry off and on for the last 20 years. Family and friends describe him as a compassionate and very affectionate person. As well as an analytical and attentive listener who can be outspoken and opinionated about life in general. He is very enthusiastic person about life, relationship, and people.
His first book, A Life’s Journey: Reflections of Life and Love Through Poetry (2009) is a compilation of different poems from the author life's experiences, those of his family members and friends, as well as his hopes, dreams and perceptions about life and love. He writes passionately about love, heartbreak, and hope.
