21 anonymous heroes had complained to the Advertising Standards Authority, leading DFS to say that while it had not meant to exaggerate the scale of their sofas, the actors in the ad "had been super-imposed on to a green screen with its products in the background." The ASA concluded it was misleading and pulled it off the TV.
Just think - you'll never, ever see a group of jiggling berks dying on the inside as they dance to Chad Kroeger drivel in the ad breaks on television in the UK again.

OMFG! Im so happy for that thing to be taken off the screens.... Just hoping that the United carpets and beds drowning goes now too. And the fact that soccer sports always has a closing down sale, it must end! Bring back decent advertising to our screens, and then maybe the recession might be curbed.

I thought it was superb. Classic track, some brilliant acting, and great prices. I hope it pops up on YouTube so that even though it won't be on the television anymore, I'll still be able to watch it at the click of a mouse.
Oh, and does anyone know what potions the DFS marketing team are on?
