I just finished watching this show. Great work people. I believe the first time she killed was self defense. Then it became premeditated revenge for her life she believed she was dealt. I believe Nick Bloomfield got fooled by Aileen, When he told reporters that he found her to be completely insane and he found this situation disturbing (not exact words but close).
I know prison will make you insane but from her choice of that song to be played at her funeral (listen to the lyrics!!) and in the interview when she gets mad and speaks her mind she is making total common sense !
Street talkers (people with a master of deception/angling have a way of talking that to most people will appear strange or insane.
Basically she became addicted to killing fueled by revenge from her life that she believed was dealt out to her.
She makes a good argument when she says if I had a different home life it would of turned out different ...
Now to me this doesn't sound like an insane person !
Very sad story but remember their are allot of people that have been in her place
that have made it out without them killing..
