U.S. #1 w/ over 700 per 100,000 fellow citizens in our own prisons. Please note:African American which are 17% of the entire U.S. population [about 63,000,000 of the 320,000,000] equate for over 40% of the U.S. prison population. What percent of the entire African-American population in the U.S. is in prison?
