Elwood, a Chihuahua/Chinese Crested mix, was the winner of the Worlds Ugliest Dog Contest. He was rescued by the SPCA, and lives with Karen Quigley, his owner, in Sewell, N.J.
Experts say, Elwood has to be related to Yoda is some form or another.
