DUMBO Art Under the Bridge Festival 106 items | updated Oct 25 2011

The 12th annual D.U.M.B.O. ART UNDER THE BRIDGE FESTIVAL™,sponsored by Current, happened from September 26 – 28, 2008. The entire neighborhood of Dumbo got turned upside down by visual artists, becoming a multi-sensory art arena, free and open to all.

Art happened everywhere: streets, sidewalks, storefronts, elevators, lobbies, the water, the waterfront, parks, water taxi, nooks, crannies and more. Along with the 65+ new public art projects, over 100 local artists opened their studios and at the new Galapagos Art Space, video_dumbo featured a non-stop program of cutting edge video art.
