Nader

Has anybody heard of Nader? He's the one with the credentials. This is some Democracy!

    • I voted for him and Matt Gonzalez today as well. And the link is why. No soundbites, no spin. Just the facts about the environment and the climate crisis and standing up for what must be done to deal with it effectively... and that doesn't mean selling an oxymoron like 'clean coal.' I voted for the Earth today, not a media creation, a slogan, a white smile, a pair of designer glasses, or a campaign contribution. I don't know how anyone against this unconstitutional bailout could even consider voting for Obama OR McCain after they sold us out. What a country. People so caught up in the media rhetoric and wanting something to talk about at the water cooler that they have forgotten why they vote.

    • I'm proudly voting Nader for my first vote in my lifetime. I plan to continue voting Nader unless someone better comes along (doubtful).

      It's amazing how people don't know anything about him. I told my grandmother I was voting for him and she got upset and said she didn't like him, and I asked her why, and what she knew about him, and she had no idea. She just had this bad mental image created by the media. Once she learned about him she wished she had known and not sent in her absentee ballot already.
