You know you love them... Mosquitoes are a common insect in the family Culicidae, and those that hate on them have never been to Mosquito fest!!! We'll fry um, we'll broil, boil and bbq the heck out of um,' and with any luck we'll all go home drunk and miserable. Plenty of top chefs (and some amature ones) will go head-to-head and compete for the best Mosquito appetizer and desert dishes.
