Get high for the 9th annual Colorado River Crossing Hot Air Balloon Festival.
Gates will open at 6 a.m. Nov. 21, and visitors can purchase food and drinks courtesy of Yuma Area Law Enforcement. The balloons will launch at 7:15 a.m.
