December 5, The Cedar Rapids Downtown District and The Freedom festival will sponsor a host of Fire & Ice events, and provide SOME free parking for downtown Cedar Rapids visitors. Such events will include; Free horse and carriage rides, fire juggling, Ice sculpting,Chili Challenge, S'mores & Popcorn, Lighting of the Holiday Tree, Santa Meet-and-Greet, Ugly Holiday Sweater Party AND PLENTY MORE FOLKS!!!
